All dogs in the UK must be microchipped and registered by the time they are 8 weeks old.
It is not currently a legal requirement to microchip cats and other pets in Wales. However, our advice would be to microchip cats to help reunite them with you if they were to stray from home.
Microchipping for other pet animals, including ferrets, can also be performed by a member of our team.
